Horse Herb Mix

Equines are very select grazers but even on high quality Paddock mixtures e.g. Triumph Horse Paddock, they still seek an alternative diet.

Herbs provide this and are often the most relished part of a pasture being not only highly palatable and rich in protein but very rich in major elements, essential trace elements and minor elements.

• 50% Chicory                             
• 25%  Sheeps Parsley     
• 20%  Burnet     
• 5%   Ribgrass

Chicory ~ Very deep rooted, rapid recovery after grazing, drought proof. A good provider for health and fertility.                                    
Sheeps Parsley ~ Highly mineral and vitamin rich
Burnet ~ Deep rooted, excellent calcium provider                          
Ribgrass ~ Long leaved plantain, erect, lance shaped leaves, persistent and mineral rich
· Sow in strips or add to horse paddock mixture at a rate of half a kilo per acre. For happy healthy horses add the horse herbs.
· Horse herbs improve the health status of all grazers and improves contentment at grass.
